Showroom Sales Consultant - Norwood

About the Role

We're on the lookout for a passionate and commercially driven Sales Consultant to join a premium luxury showroom in Norwood, Adelaide.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent a world-renowned brand known for its exceptional craftsmanship, innovative technology and timeless design.
Working within an intimate, beautifully presented showroom, you'll deliver a personalised customer experience, build long-lasting client relationships and take ownership of your sales performance.

Unlike traditional retail, this is a relationship-driven environment where you'll have the opportunity to work closely with customers throughout their purchasing journey, from initial consultation through to the final sale.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a discerning luxury clientele.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
• Drive individual sales performance across a premium, high-value product range.
• Manage longer sales cycles, nurturing relationships and converting opportunities into sales.
• Take ownership of showroom operations while working independently when required.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the product range through ongoing training and development.
• Identify opportunities to generate new business and grow the existing customer base.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail, with high-value sales.
• A proven ability to build relationships and confidently close sales.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the confidence to work independently.
• Experience with clienteling, CRM and managing longer sales cycles.
• An appreciation for design, craftsmanship and premium products.
• A commitment to building a long-term career within a luxury retail environment.

You don't need to be a technology expert! Comprehensive product training is provided. We're looking for someone with strong sales ability, emotional intelligence and a genuine interest in learning.
What's in It for You?

• $65,000–$70,000 base salary + superannuation.
• 2% commission on every sale, with no minimum sales hurdles.
• Additional annual performance bonus opportunity.
• Sunday to Thursday roster, giving you Friday and Saturday off.
