Join a nationally recognised fluid power business in its specialised Oil & Gas division, supporting major operators, contractors and distributors across Australia and international markets.
Following its recent achievement of API Q1 certification, the business is growing and seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support customer relationships, engineered solutions and project delivery.
The Role
A client-facing position combining technical sales, CAD, engineering support and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with Oil & Gas clients, contractors and distributors.
- Provide technical sales support and engineered solutions.
- Support product design using CAD and interpret technical drawings.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams on projects.
- Assist with certification, compliance and technical documentation.
- Prepare quotations and proposals while developing new business.
About You
- Experience in technical sales, applications engineering or industrial sales.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, fluid power or industrial equipment is advantageous.
- Mechanical, engineering or trade qualifications highly regarded.
- CAD and design experience desirable.
