The Role

  • Advise clients on a broad range of workplace relations, employment, industrial relations, work health and safety, discrimination and diversity matters.
  • Manage complex regulatory, compliance, advisory and litigation matters across courts and tribunals.
  • Support client development, contribute to practice growth and work closely with senior stakeholders across a diverse client base.

About You

  • You will ideally have experience operating at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level within a reputable workplace relations and employment practice.
  • You bring strong academic credentials, excellent drafting skills and the ability to deliver commercially focused advice on complex matters.
  • You are a proactive and collaborative lawyer with strong business development capability and the confidence to work both independently and within a team.
