The Opportunity

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with an established South Australian residential builder seeking a Site Supervisor to join their growing team.

With a team of around 11 people, this is a close-knit business delivering quality homes for everyday South Australian families. With further growth planned and a new business development launching next year, this is an opportunity to join the business at an exciting time.

This role is suited to a Site Supervisor who wants to be more than just a number, take genuine ownership of their projects and work closely with the leadership team.

The Role

Reporting into the leadership team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of residential builds, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising residential construction sites from start to completion
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing site schedules, quality and construction standards
• Ensuring sites are safe, organised and progressing to program
• Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
• Identifying and resolving issues as they arise
• Maintaining strong relationships with trades and subcontractors

The Like Mind

We are looking for someone with a solid residential construction background who enjoys being hands-on and taking ownership of their sites.

You will ideally bring:

• 3+ years' experience in residential construction
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar
• A carpentry background or trade qualification is highly regarded
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A practical, hands-on approach
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get things done
