About the role You’ll design and deliver comprehensive case-management services for clients with psychological injuries, working closely with injured workers and veterans to develop tailored rehabilitation programs. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders including employers, medical professionals, and insurance providers to ensure optimal return-to-work outcomes through addressing physical, psychological, and social recovery factors.

- Design personalised rehabilitation programs for psychological injury cases
- Deliver case-management services to injured workers and veterans
- Collaborate with employers, doctors, and insurers on recovery plans
- Conduct assessments and monitor client progress regularly
- Provide reports and recommendations to stakeholders
