Proposal Specialist

We are looking for a Proposal & Contract Specialist to support our Sales and Operations teams by preparing proposals, reviewing contract documentation, coordinating internal stakeholders, and helping ensure commercial and legal requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate customer proposals, quotations, and contract documentation.
- Support Sales Managers throughout the proposal and contract lifecycle.
- Act as a central point of contact for proposal development and contract administration.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather technical, operational, commercial, and legal information.
- Review customer contracts, purchase orders, and terms and conditions for completeness and compliance.
- Assist with contract negotiations and communication between ROSEN and customer legal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all proposal and contract documents are properly archived.
- Monitor proposal submissions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with customer requirements.
About You
- Experience in contract administration, proposals, sales support, commercial administration, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience reviewing contracts, terms and conditions, or commercial documentation is highly regarded.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
