Salary Range: $167,366  per annum pending experience + Super

Located in Home Hill, St Colman’s School (Prep to Year 6) provides a friendly, small-school community deeply connected to the St Colman's Parish. About you

With proven leadership experience and a deep commitment to Catholic education, you demonstrate the ability to develop and mentor others within a professional learning culture. Drawing on your knowledge of contemporary pedagogy, curriculum design and student wellbeing, you inspire excellence and model inclusive, values-driven leadership. You’ll also lead continuous improvement and innovation, using data-informed practice to strengthen teaching, learning and student outcomes.

You’ll bring authentic faith leadership as an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community, together with full accreditation to teach Religious Education and registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
