The Role
- Support leading agents across all aspects of the sales process
- Coordinate open homes, buyer enquiries and follow-up
- Assist with premium marketing campaigns, contracts and sales administration
- Deliver a polished, first-class experience for buyers and vendors
- Maintain strong buyer relationships and identify future sales opportunities
- Play an integral role in the success of a busy, results-driven sales team
About You
- Previous experience as a Sales Associate or Sales Assistant is essential
- Current Certificate of Registration (COR) or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Immaculately presented with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded
- Confident building relationships with buyers and premium clientele
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle essential
- Ambitious, professional and motivated to build a long-term career in sales
