About the Opportunity

I’m currently recruiting for an established Perth commercial property agency with a strong reputation and a genuinely close-knit team. 

This is a quality Commercial Property Management opportunity suited to someone with exposure to commercial property management and who wants to work within a supportive environment.

The Portfolio & Support

You’ll have direct access to experienced leadership and business owners, allowing you to receive support, feedback and guidance when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing an established portfolio of commercial and retail properties
• Maintaining strong relationships with owners, tenants and contractors
• Managing lease obligations and day-to-day property management requirements
• Coordinating maintenance and contractors
• Handling tenant and owner enquiries
• Ensuring compliance with lease and property requirements
• Monitoring arrears, renewals and other key portfolio matters
• Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
• Working collaboratively with your Property Management Assistant and offshore support
• Providing a high level of service to clients and tenants

About You

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Property Manager with commercial property knowledge and the confidence to manage a portfolio.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous Commercial Property Management experience
• A strong understanding of commercial leases and property management
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• The ability to confidently deal with owners, tenants and contractors
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Sound judgement and the ability to take ownership of issues
• A proactive approach to managing your portfolio
• An appreciation for good systems, processes and accountability
