Bli Bli Veterinary Surgery is looking for an experienced, confident, and motivated Head Veterinary Nurse to lead our nursing team and help us continue providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients and clients.

About the Role
As our Head Veterinary Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the clinical team, driving standards, and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace. You’ll lead by example in all aspects of nursing while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading, mentoring, and supporting our nursing team
Maintaining high clinical standards across all areas
Supporting vets in surgery, treatments, and patient care
Client communication, education, and exceptional customer service
Ensuring hospital cleanliness, organisation, and protocol compliance
Assisting with training, onboarding, and professional development
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years vet nurse experience
Strong leadership or mentoring experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, calm, and supportive approach
A passion for high-quality patient care and a positive team culture
