• Emerging National firm is looking for a Special Counsel/Partner to lead their practice in complex property and parenting matters on behalf of significantly NNW clients.

Insurance Law

• Huge National firm requires a Special Associate/Special Counsel for their General Insurance team. The work spans an interesting and broad mix of casualty and professional indemnity claims, specialising in the provision of coverage and risk management advice, and the defence of public liability, product liability, professional indemnity and third‑party property damage claims, as well as statutory claims brought by workers and the Victorian WorkCover Authority.
• National firm, working with some of Australia's largest insurers, has an opportunity for a Lawyer (up to 3 years' PQE) to join there preeminent Property Damage Recoveries team.

Public Law

• Excellent Melbourne/Sydney firm requires a Senior Associate to prosecute laws on behalf of a number of Government agencies and statutory authorities
• Several National firms are in need of Lawyers/Associates/Senior Associates to act in merits and judicial review proceedings on behalf of the NDIA and/or DoHA.
