About the Role
Reporting to the leadership team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy GP clinic, ensuring efficient workflows, strong team performance, compliance standards, and an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily clinic operations
- Manage reception and administration teams
- Recruitment, onboarding and staff development
- Medicare billing and compliance oversight
- Accreditation and governance management
- Improve systems, processes and workflow efficiency
- Manage rostering and operational performance
- Support a positive patient and staff experience
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous Practice Manager experience within General Practice
- Strong Medicare and MBS knowledge
- Experience leading administration and reception teams
- Accreditation and compliance experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style
