Cleaner

What you’ll be doing 

As part of our team, you’ll help create clean, safe and welcoming environments that make a positive difference every day. Working alongside supportive leaders and teammates, you’ll take pride in delivering high presentation standards and outstanding service for our clients and communities. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Delivering cleaning services to a high standard across allocated sites 

• Creating positive experiences through friendly and professional customer service 

• Following workplace health and safety procedures and site requirements 

• Working collaboratively to achieve team and client expectations 

• Taking pride in your work with strong attention to detail and reliability 

• Performing cleaning duties in line with scope to ensure presentation standards 

What we are looking for 

• Previous shopping centre cleaning experience (advantage) 

• Knowledge of commercial and retail cleaning practices (advantage) 

• Machine operations experience such as scrubber, buffer or sweeper (advantage) 

• Available to work during day and night 

• Experience working as a team player 

• Excellent presentation always, and excellent communication skills 

• Experience in customer service 

• Basic computer literacy skills to use onsite systems for signing in and out, and reporting.
