The Order Management Coordinator supports the sales administration and order processing functions of the business. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customers, this role helps ensure customer orders are processed accurately, information is maintained in business systems, and stakeholders are kept informed throughout the order fulfilment process. - Support in resolving credit hold and order processing issues in partnership with Finance and Sales teams.

- Backlog ongoing review for FY
- Monthly Dispatch Details to sales team
- Creating installation PO's
- Installation Date Management
- Chasing installation invoices
- weekly Availability report
- Creating new Sold-To accounts in SAP
- Management of Internal Sales Inbox
- Completing PGI's once goods dispatched
- Drop dispatch notices into SFA and sharepoint
- Managing the credit released spreadsheet
- credit management with the sales team
