Byerwen is a high performing open cut coal operation in the Bowen Basin, known for its strong safety culture and consistent production. As part of the Macmahon team on site, you'll be joining a stable, well supported workforce with modern equipment and long term project security. We are currently looking for experienced All Round Operators to join our Production Crews.

Role Details
Operate heavy earthmoving ancillary equipment to safely meet production targets across our Surface operation at Byerwen. You’ll work within a skilled and experienced team.
- Location: Byerwen, Queensland
- Roster: 7:7 BIBO ex Mackay or Townsville or DIDO options
- Rate: Competitive rates

Responsibilities
- Safe, efficient operation of heavy ancillary and production equipment, including Loaders (Komatsu 600, 900), Dozers (Caterpillar D9, D10, D11) and Graders (Caterpillar 24M, Komatsu 955)
- Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately
- Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules
- Maintain a tidy work area and support safe interactions with all teams

- Help teammates, share knowledge and support a strong crew culture

- Loader: Komatsu 600, 900
