About the Opportunity

Due to continued growth across Queensland, we're looking for an experienced Chiller Technician to join our Brisbane Service Team.

This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of commercial and industrial sites, providing technical expertise across some of Australia's most advanced HVAC and chiller systems. You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy while being supported by an experienced team committed to your success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responding to emergency breakdowns and performing planned preventative maintenance

• Commissioning chillers and HVAC equipment across customer sites

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex system issues

• Conducting overhauls and fault-finding on reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal chillers

• Completing service documentation and technical reports accurately

• Building strong relationships with customers and providing expert technical advice

• Supporting customers with operational guidance and system optimisation

About You

We're looking for a skilled technician who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and wants to continue growing their career.

You will have:

• 4+ years' experience servicing HVAC, chiller, or industrial cooling systems

• Strong maintenance, repair, and fault-finding capabilities

• Mechanical and/or electrical trade expertise within HVAC

• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics

• Strong communication and reporting skills

• Current Australian driver's licence

• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment medical and background checks
