The Role
- Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW) on heavy structural steel
- Welding and fabrication of large steel structures and components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Complete structural welding to required specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment
- Marking, cutting, shaping and assembly as required
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety
What You Need
- Proven Flux Core / FCAW welding experience
- Strong structural steel welding background
- Heavy fabrication or industrial experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience working with large steel structures and components
- Strong safety mindset
- Relevant welding qualifications and experience
