We’re looking for Gluing & Palletising Offsiders to join a busy packaging manufacturing team in North Richmond.

Whether you're an early bird 🌅 or prefer a later start 🌆, we've got options to suit!

🕐 CHOOSE YOUR SHIFT

☀️ DAY SHIFT
Monday – Friday | 6:15am – 2:15pm

OR

🌆 AFTERNOON SHIFT
Monday – Friday | 2:15pm – 10:15pm

Monday to Friday. No weekend work. 🙌

📦 WHAT'S THE JOB?

You'll work alongside the Gluing Machine Operator, helping turn sheets of cardboard into finished packaging and getting everything packed, stacked and ready to go.

You'll be:

📦 Feeding cardboard into the gluing machine
⚙️ Assisting the Machine Operator
👀 Checking finished cartons for quality
📋 Packing and stacking finished products
🚜 Operating a forklift to move pallets and materials
🏗️ Palletising and wrapping finished products
🧹 Clearing production waste and keeping your area tidy
💪 Performing manual handling and repetitive lifting
🤝 Working with the team to keep production moving

It's hands-on, fast-paced and you'll definitely stay busy!

🚜 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To join the team, you'll need:

✅ Current LF Forklift Licence – MUST HAVE
✅ Previous forklift operating experience
✅ Manufacturing, production or warehouse experience
✅ Ability to work your chosen Monday–Friday shift
✅ Reliable attendance and punctuality
✅ Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive work
✅ A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
✅ Ability to follow safety and production procedures

Never worked on a gluing machine before? That's okay!

If you've got experience in production, warehousing, palletising, pick packing or machine operation, we'll teach you the rest. 🙌
