Omni Recruit is currently looking for experienced Machine Operators / Manufacturing Operators to join a leading manufacturer producing high-quality products for the water treatment industry.

If you're hands-on, mechanically minded and enjoy working in a production environment, this is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with a structured rotating roster, excellent earning potential and genuine long-term opportunities.

🔥 THE ROSTER IS THE BEST PART!

Forget the standard Monday–Friday grind.

You'll work a 12-hour rotating day and night roster, giving you 4–5 consecutive days off throughout the cycle.

☀️ Day Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm
🌙 Night Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am

📅 Rotating Roster

• 2 Days | 2 Nights | 5 Days OFF

• 2 Days | 3 Nights | 4 Days OFF

• 3 Days | 2 Nights | 5 Days OFF

That means plenty of time to switch off, recharge and enjoy life outside of work while still working full-time hours.

⚠️ Weekend work is part of the roster, with approximately two weekends per month.

💰 WEEKEND PENALTIES

💵 Saturday – 1.5x penalty rate
💵 Sunday – 2.0x penalty rate

🏭 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, producing and testing components used in the water treatment industry.

You'll be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production, completing quality checks and ensuring products are manufactured safely and to specification.

Your day-to-day will include:

🔧 Operating manufacturing machinery and production equipment
👀 Monitoring machinery and production processes
🛠️ Assembling and testing components
✅ Completing quality checks and inspections
💻 Recording production information using computer systems
📋 Following SOPs, work instructions and safety procedures
🤝 Supporting different areas of production when required
🧹 Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
🦺 Working as part of a strong safety-focused team

💪 THIS IS A HANDS-ON ROLE

You'll need to be comfortable with:

• Standing for extended periods

• Repetitive production tasks

• Manual handling

• Lifting and moving components

• Working at or above shoulder height

• Working 12-hour shifts

👷 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for people who have previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience and are ready to step into a long-term opportunity.

You'll need:

✅ Previous manufacturing, production or industrial experience
✅ Machine operating experience
✅ Strong safety awareness
✅ Good communication skills
✅ A reliable and hardworking attitude
✅ Ability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
✅ Reliable transport — essential due to shift times and limited public transport
✅ Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
