SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated ability in effectively managing staff, patients and visitors
• High process improvement focus
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Implementing and maintaining stock orders and staff rosters
• Liaising with the marketing manager to drive initiatives
• Financial administration: Relating the patient statistics to revenue generation and marketing patient monitors to measure success
• Ensuring standard operating procedures are followed and monthly reporting accurately covers KPI's adherence
