Job title: Community/NDIS Speech Pathologist for Sydney, NSW

Salary: Upto $100,000 (based on experience) + travel allowance + CPD + benefits

Location: Multiple locations across Sydney, NSW

Roles & Responsibilities:

Our client is a leading NDIS provider looking for motivated Speech pathologist to join their growing multidisciplinary team to:
- Provide assessment and intervention to clients with communication and swallowing difficulties
- Train carers in communicating effectively with clients, and work assitants/professionals to deliver effective therapeutic outcomes
- Develop augmentative and alternative communication systems tailored to individual clients needs
- Develop swallowing intervention and mealtime plans and train carers on effective mealtime management support

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
- Certified Practicing SPA membership
- Knowledge of functional communication and swallowing assessments, interventions and outcome measures
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills
- Current driver's licence and registered vehicle
- Other qualification specific to disability will be highly regarded
