About the role:

We are seeking enthusiastic Speech Pathologists to join our client's expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid role, splitting your time between our modern clinics in Truganina and Deer Park, with a small component of telehealth (approximately 5%). You will have the chance to work with a diverse caseload, primarily focusing on paediatric clients (90%) with a smaller percentage of adult clients (10%).

• Provide high-quality assessment, therapy, and intervention services to clients with a range of needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and other allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Deliver approximately 25 billable hours per week within standard working hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Essential criteria:

• You hold relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology.
• You are eligible for or hold a membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• You possess a strong passion for working with children and their families.
• You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• You are a motivated and independent practitioner with a strong work ethic.
