Medical Receptionist
- First point of contact for patients at I-MED Randwick NeuRa.
- Manage patient check-in procedures and handle inquiries.
- Collaborate with staff and manage billing procedures.
We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team in I-MED Randwick NeuRa.
The role involves8.5 hour shifts from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:20am-5:30pm.
This is a full-time position, offering a 76-hour fortnight with one rostered day off.
Role Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
