    About the Role
    We are working with a well-established provider of allied health services across Perth who is currently seeking Occupational Therapists to join their expanding team. Positions are available across residential aged care and community/home care settings throughout the Perth metropolitan area, both north and south of the river.

    Whether you're an experienced OT or a new graduate, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of older adults, working within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment that values high-quality, client-centred care.

    Key Locations:

    • South of the River: Armadale, Rockingham, Gosnells, Bentley

    • North of the River: Morley, Karrinyup, North Perth

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver OT assessments and therapy plans aligned with restorative, wellness, and evidence-based practices

    • Implement rehabilitation, reablement, pain management, and falls prevention strategies

    • Develop and manage individualised therapy programs tailored to client goals

    • Conduct home visits, safety assessments, and prescribe appropriate equipment and modifications

    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physios, speech pathologists, dietitians, and podiatrists

    • Guide and supervise therapy or lifestyle assistants

    • Promote innovation and continuous improvement in aged care services

    About You

    • AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist (New graduates welcome)

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Passionate about working with older adults in both residential and community settings

    • Understanding of the Aged Care Act (1997), Accreditation Standards & OH&S legislation

    • NDIS Worker Screening Check, COVID-19 and Flu vaccination, and National Police Check (or willing to obtain)

    • Based in Australia with full working rights
