Boilermaker | Xmas SHUT DOWN | Mt Cootha QLD

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Boilermakers for our client's upcoming maintenance project in Mt Cootha, QLD. This role will involve wear plate repairs, guards, handrail repairs, chute works and general maintenance fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete wear plate repairs and installations.
• Carry out repairs and fabrication of guards and handrails.
• Perform chute repairs and associated fabrication works.
• Undertake general maintenance and boilermaker duties as required.
• Follow site safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Work effectively within a team to complete scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Be ready to commence work onsite at 5:00 am, with shifts ranging from 10–12 hours.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate III trade qualification in Boilermaking/ Fabrication
• Holds a current driver's licence.
• Has current Working at Heights certification.
• Has current Confined Space certification.
• Is available for all scheduled project dates and shift times.
• Is reliable, safety-conscious and able to work in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
• EWP 11+ certification (Desirable)
• Forklift Licence (Desirable)

What's on Offer:

• $63 per hour Flat Rate + Weekly Pay
• Scheduled project dates: 18 December 2026 – 9 January 2027.
• Shifts of approximately 10–12 hours, commencing onsite at 5:00am.
• Work will be scheduled on all days throughout the project period, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• An opportunity to contribute to a range of maintenance, repair and fabrication works.
