At Ventura, our bus drivers play an essential role in keeping communities connected. Every day is different our bus drivers deliver a various services including route service, school runs, night network, charter runs and special events.

Applicants must be willing and flexible to work a rotating roster which runs from Monday - Friday, including early morning, late night shifts and a split shift roster.

What We Are Looking For
- A current Victorian MR licence or higher
- Heavy vehicle driving experience (preferred but not essential)
- A strong customer focus and willingness to assist passengers
- A demonstrated safe driving record
- A high regard for safety, road rules, and regulations
- The ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances, including Driver’s Accreditation (DC) and a Working With Children Check (WWCC)
