Mobile Plant / Loader Operator
- Operate motorised loaders to move and load rock and other materials.
- Ensure safe working protocols are adhered to at all times.
- Service, maintain, clean and refuel plant and undertake minor adjustments or repairs.

Our client specialises in crushing and ore sorting for all requirements in mining, milling and civil applications. They are running crushing circuits and general site works over a number of projects within the Goldfields region.
They have exciting opportunities for experienced mobile plant crushing operators (loader operators) for residential permanent positions based in Kalgoolie and the Northern Goldfields.
You will be responsible for operating motorised loaders to move and load rock and other material.
The duties include and are not limited to the following:
- preparation of loader and plant for operation
- selection, fitting and removing any attachments for safe operation
- operation of controls to excavate, break, drill, level, compact, gouge out, move, load and spread earth, rock, rubble, soil and other materials
- monitor plant operation, adjusting controls as necessary to regulate pressure, speed and flow of operation
- ensure safe working protocols are adhered to at all times
- to raise, lower and manipulate attachments using manual and hydraulic controls
- working from drawings, markers and verbal instructions
- service, maintain, clean and refuel plant and to undertake any minor adjustments or repairs as necessary
About Your
You will be required to have the following:
AQF certificate II or III, or a minimum of 12 months relevant experience
Good communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Attention to detail
