Join Vertaview Group as a full-time permanent Capability & Development Coordinator in Brisbane CBD, supporting impactful workforce development and leadership initiatives. You'll bring structure to projects, coordinate multiple activities, and help deliver engaging learning and organisational development programs. Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate capability, development, and organisational learning initiatives.

· Support the delivery of leadership programs, workshops, and learning events.

· Manage participant communications, logistics, and program administration.

· Prepare reports, presentations, communications, and project documentation.

· Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.

You're organised, proactive and thrive when coordinating multiple priorities. You enjoy bringing order to complexity, creating efficient processes and ensuring projects, programs and events run smoothly. You take pride in delivering high-quality work, improving how things are done and supporting others to succeed.

You Will Bring

· Experience in a coordination, administration, or project support role.

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· A continuous improvement mindset and proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.

What You Need to Apply

• Proven experience in Coordination or admin and you loved it!
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance – Or be willing to obtain
• Blue Card (Working with Children Check) – or be willing to obtain
• Right to Work in Australia
