The Role
- Manage a residential portfolio
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Conduct routine inspections
- Manage lease renewals and rent reviews
- Handle day-to-day portfolio enquiries
- Work alongside a supportive property management team
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Tech-savvy and confident with cloud-based systems
- Proactive, professional, and team-oriented
