About Us
TLE Electrical Carlton is part of MMEM, Australia’s largest electrical wholesaling group. We have the backing of a national network and the feel of a local branch, where staff know their customers and work together to get things done.
The Role
You’ll be right in the thick of things at TLE Carlton, helping tradies get what they need and keeping orders moving. One minute you could be sorting a quote or serving someone at the counter; the next, you’re helping the team get stock ready to go.
What You’ll Do
- Serve customers at the trade counter
- Respond to phone and email enquiries
- Prepare quotes and process orders
- Pick and pack orders, receive stock and book pickups
- Make occasional short local deliveries
About You
You might come from electrical wholesale, another trade wholesaler, a warehouse or a customer-facing role in retail or hospitality. You could also be an electrician looking to move off the tools.
What matters is that you’re comfortable talking with customers, can keep on top of a busy day and are willing to help wherever needed.
You’ll need a driver’s license, full Australian working rights and you’ll have to be comfortable lifting items up to 20kg. A forklift license would be handy, but if you don’t have one, we’ll put you through the course.
What’s On Offer
- Early start and early finish. Monday to Friday hours, 6:00am to 2:30pm
- Product and industry training
- Uncapped profit share potential based on business performance
- Opportunities to progress as the business grows
