As a Customer Solution Specialist - Frame & Truss, you'll become the trusted expert helping strategic customers unlock better outcomes through innovative frame, truss and flooring solutions while partnering closely with our Commercial & Trade team.

  • Supporting the successful onboarding of strategic customers and helping ensure a seamless experience from day one.

  • Partnering with sales, manufacturing and operational teams to align customer requirements with business capability and deliver outstanding outcomes.

  • Acting as a technical subject matter expert, sharing insights and supporting internal teams with specialist Frame & Truss knowledge.

  • Providing market intelligence, customer insights and industry expertise that contribute to business planning, customer retention and future growth opportunities.

  • Championing customer-focused improvements while balancing commercial outcomes and operational effectiveness.

About You:

What you'll need:

  • Solid experience within the Frame & Truss industry across design, estimating, sales or related technical functions.

  • Strong knowledge of Frame & Truss and flooring systems, including the ability to interpret residential and commercial construction plans.

  • Proven customer engagement, relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills.

  • ​Experience identifying opportunities for value engineering, optimisation and commercially viable customer solutions.

  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities.

  • Relevant construction, structural design or Frame & Truss qualifications, or equivalent industry expertise.

  • A commitment to safety, collaboration and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
