This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced High-End Leasing Consultant to join a progressive, market-leading agency rapidly expanding throughout Sydney’s Inner West.

The Role Working across some of Sydney’s most prestigious and newly built properties, you will be responsible for delivering a six-star leasing experience to high-profile clients and prospective tenants.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling rental enquiries via phone and email
- Conducting open homes and inspections
- Managing diaries and appointments
- Preparing lease sign-ups and lease packs
- Conducting reference checks
- Reviewing and processing applications
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process
- General administration and ad hoc duties as required
About You We are looking for a polished, motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant who enjoys working in a high-performing environment.
You will ideally have:
- Previous leasing experience within the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of real estate software and CRM programs
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Valid driver's licence and your own car
- Excellent computer skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
- The ability to think outside the square and problem-solve
- A positive attitude and ability to motivate those around you
