Senior Commercial Property Manager

Our client is an active private investment business with a portfolio of owned and managed A-grade office assets. Well regarded for its diversified investment strategies across various funds, the business takes a hands-on approach to delivering long term outcomes.

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to join a high-performing team. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, delivering comprehensive, customer-centric management across the portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to move into a client-side role managing a well located, quality portfolio, with a strong focus on tenant relationships and direct involvement in long term decision making.

Duties will include:

• Strategic asset planning
• Tenant liaison and relationship management
• Financial management and reporting
• Facilities management including oversight of external facilities managers on select properties
• Lease negotiations and administration
• Risk management

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have at least five years' experience in commercial property management, supported by sound financial acumen and well-developed stakeholder management skills. You will be commercially minded, quick-thinking and confident dealing with a broad range of people at all levels. Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly are essential. Experience with Yardi and a tertiary qualification, ideally in property or finance, would be highly advantageous.
