With six active projects ranging from $5M to $12M, this builder has established a reputation for delivering architecturally designed residences of exceptional quality. Their portfolio consists of bespoke new builds and major renovations, working alongside leading architects and designers to create award-worthy homes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Leading Hand or working foreman looking to step into a leadership role while remaining actively involved in the construction process.

The Role Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of high-end residential projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring carpentry teams onsite
- Coordinating subcontractors, materials and deliveries
- Completing hands-on carpentry works where required
- Managing daily site activities and trade sequencing
- Maintaining programme deadlines and construction quality
- Ensuring WHS compliance and site safety standards
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Assisting with project planning and site coordination
About You
- Trade-qualified Carpenter
- Experience as a Leading Hand Carpenter or Senior Carpenter
- Strong background in custom homes or high-end residential construction
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- White Card, own tools and reliable transport
