General Hand

Talent Focus is currently seeking motivated General Hands to join our manufacturing clients based in Berrinba and Richlands.

These roles offer immediate starts on a full-time casual basis, with the opportunity to transition into permanent employment after approximately three months.

Duties Include:

• Assisting with general production and manufacturing tasks
• Setting up and assembling Molds
• Operating casting machinery
• Manual handling, lifting and moving materials
• Packing, sorting and preparing products
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Assisting machine operators and other team members as required
• Completing quality checks and other general duties

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment is advantageous
• Experience in metal manufacturing is highly regarded but not essential
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team
• Availability for day shift, with some afternoon shift opportunities available
