Our Sales team is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate who is passionate about real estate and ready to kick-start their career.
Joining the Armstrong Real Estate sales team, you will learn all there is to know about listing & selling property from the experts in the area! You will attend appointments, open homes & private inspections. You will provide listing and buyer support, including database management, marketing and property administration support. We work in a fast-paced environment, so you must have a passion for real estate and the drive to learn, grow and adapt.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- A team player mentality with the ability to work autonomously
- Availability to work weekends to keep up with the demand of the role
- Excellent organisation skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A current Agents Rep certificate or real estate license
- A current National Police Check
- A current Victorian Drivers License
