As they continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Safety & Compliance Officer to join the team and play a key role in strengthening their safety culture, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting operational excellence.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the transport industry who enjoys improving processes, identifying risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working closely with teams to create safer and more efficient operations.

What do you do?
- Ensure compliance with NHVR requirements, chain of responsibility and transport safety legislation
- Maintain safety management systems, policies, procedures and compliance frameworks
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments and compliance reviews
- Investigate incidents, near misses, safety issues and implementing corrective actions
- Delivery safety training and compliance reporting across operations
What do you need?
- Previous experience in similar role
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously or in a team
