About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver warm, memorable customer experiences as a Casual Sales Assistant in the retail precinct of the Royal Women's Hospital in Parkville. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a brand that helps patients, visitors and staff celebrate, comfort and connect through the gift of chocolate.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Working 2 to 5 shifts per week across a rotating 7-day roster
- Supporting merchandising, stock handling and store presentation
- Contributing to a high-performing team focused on sales targets and service excellence
- Representing the brand with confidence and charisma, delivering thoughtful customer interactions
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years' experience in retail, hospitality or customer service
- Full Australian working rights and access to reliable transport
- A warm, welcoming personality and strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a passion for maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Availability across early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
