🌈 About the Role

As a Permanent Educator, you'll play an important role in children's daily learning, development and wellbeing while helping establish the culture and community of our new centre.

You'll:

✨ Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and families
✨ Support engaging play-based learning experiences
✨ Contribute to observations, planning and reflective practice
✨ Create safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environments
✨ Work collaboratively with your room team and leaders
✨ Champion child safety, wellbeing and positive outcomes for children

🎯 About You

You will hold or be actively studying an ACECQA-approved Certificate III, Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care and have:

✔ A genuine passion for early childhood education
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ A positive, team-focused approach
✔ Understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
✔ Commitment to child safety, inclusion and high-quality education
