This position is perfect for someone who enjoys credit administration, thrives on accuracy, and loves working across the full credit cycle — from banking and allocations through to reconciliations, journals, opening new accounts, credit limit reviews, and assisting with collections.
Based in Silverwater, you’ll join a credit credit team with a genuinely great culture and a manager who values support, development, and accuracy.
About the Role:
Working as part of the Credit Team, you’ll take ownership of a broad range of AR and credit tasks. The role is customer‑service focused and offers strong variety day‑to‑day — from processing payments to resolving queries and supporting collections during busy periods.
You will be involved in:
- Banking & allocations — high‑volume payment processing and accuracy across the ledger
- Account reconciliations and maintaining clean, up‑to‑date records
- Posting journals and credit notes
- Opening new accounts — credit applications, checks, and data entry
- Credit limit reviews and ensuring compliance with credit policies
- Query resolution — liaising with branches, sales teams, and customers
- Assisting with collections — outbound/inbound calls and email follow‑up
- Releasing orders and ensuring accounts are up to date
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve billing issues
About You
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit
- Strong administration capability with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident working with volume and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Highly organised with strong time‑management skills
- Clear communicator who builds rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
