Position Specifics.
The varied roles include within our multidisciplinary mental health team, supporting older people across the region. Working closely with psychiatrists, nursing staff, allied health professionals and community partners, delivering person-centred care and education that supports recovery, promotes independence, and improves quality of life. Careplans, care coordination, building and maintaing relationships with patients and families. Liasing with stakeholders, referrals, adminsitation and working with improvements aligned with contemporary mental health models of care. 
                              
Essentially Offering: 

• Relevant Qualifications in either Nursing, Social Work, Mental Health, Allied Health 
• Stable Employment History
• WWCC
• Sensitive of Older Persons and Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander Culture and Families
• Current Drivers License
