Kogan People Solutions are working with a well-regarded logistics operator located in Coffs Harbour who is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Motor Mechanic to join their professional and friendly team.
About the role:
The successful applicant will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing vehicles used in the company's logistics operations, ensuring their ongoing reliability and roadworthiness. The role is full time and ongoing.
Location: Coffs Harbour, NSW
Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 per annum + superannuation

Responsibilities include:
- Provide first-rate servicing and repairs to vehicles used in the company's logistics operations.
- Identify mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance services as well as more complex repairs, including engine rebuilds, transmission overhauls and replacing worn or damaged parts.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment, including the proper disposal of hazardous materials and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
You should be able to demonstrate the following attributes and strengths to be considered:
- Highly relevant trade qualifications (Certificate IV or agreed equivalent).
- At least 3 years’ post-training professional experience.
- Sound practical knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid references.
- A can-do attitude and team spirit.
- Great time management skills.
You must have unrestricted full-time Australian working rights to be considered.
