G.James Windows & Doors in Hervey Bay is seeking an organised and proactive Production Planner to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating production schedules, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining smooth workflow across the branch.

Our Hervey Bay team specialises in the sales, fabrication, and installation of aluminium windows and doors for both residential and commercial projects.

The Role

• Plan and schedule production to meet operational capacity and deadlines
• Coordinate deliveries and installations to align with customer timelines
• Monitor workflow and prioritise tasks to maximise efficiency
• Manage administrative functions including billing, reporting, and collections
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless operations

About You
You are a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring:

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or coordination (manufacturing, construction, or similar industries)
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage competing priorities and problem-solve effectively
• A team-focused approach with the ability to work independently
