Job description: An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Superintendent Site Improvement to join our leadership team at Blackwater Mine. You will play a pivotal role in driving site-wide continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing operational performance, and embedding a culture of excellence across the business.

About the Role
As the Superintendent Site Improvement, you will lead the identification, development and execution of improvement opportunities across mining operations, working closely with operational, technical and maintenance teams to deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
* Leading continuous improvement and operational excellence programs across site
* Driving productivity, efficiency and cost-improvement initiatives
* Facilitating problem-solving and root cause analysis processes
* Monitoring and reporting on improvement project performance and benefits realisation
* Partnering with operational leaders to identify opportunities and remove barriers to performance
* Championing change management and continuous improvement methodologies

You are a strategic and influential leader with a passion for improving performance and delivering measurable results. You thrive in a fast-paced operational environment and excel at engaging stakeholders across all levels of the business.
You will bring:
* Experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, business improvement or a similar leadership role
* Strong knowledge of mining, heavy industry or large-scale operational environments
* Proven capability leading improvement projects and driving change
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
* A strong commitment to safety leadership and team development
