Location: South Burnett Community Services - Kingaroy, Qld
Remuneration: $46.18 - $50.38 ph (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits
South Burnett Community Services offers a broad range of supports for people living with disability across the South Burnett and surrounding regions, helping individuals achieve their goals and meet their unique needs.
As a Support Worker, You Will:
- Supporting clients in achieving personal and developmental goals
- Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
- Providing in-home and community-based support to promote independence
- Encouraging skill development through mentoring and positive role modelling
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines
About You:
You will share our values of empowerment, kindness, innovation, and integrity and be:
- Transferable skills and/or study in a related field
- A strong passion for empowering individuals with a disability
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- A valid Queensland Driver’s Licence and a fully insured vehicle to support clients.
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
