Production Supervisor

We are partnering with a growing Australian beverage manufacturer renowned for quality, innovation, and craftsmanship. As demand continues to increase, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production operators
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence
• Manage day to day production reporting, KPIs and shift performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity
• Support training and capability development across the production team
• Ensure production records and compliance documentation are completed accurately and on time

About You:

• Demonstrated experience in a Production Supervisor role
• Background within beverage manufacturing
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Sound understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety principles
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives will be highly regarded
