Help injured workers achieve safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes as a Rehabilitation Consultant based in Wollongong, NSW.
Employment type: Permanent, full time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm
Work arrangement: Office-based with hybrid working
Salary: Based on experience + superannuation

Duties
- Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
- Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
- Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
- Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
- Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
- Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.
Skills & experience
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy OR Registered Nursing.
- Hold registration with AHPRA or ESSA Registration
- Have full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Bring a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.
- Experience level: Graduate, early-career or experienced
