What you’ll do
This is a varied role where no two days will look exactly the same. You’ll provide high-quality administrative support across the service, with a particular focus on intake, referrals and the experience people have when entering our services.

- Contribute ideas that improve our intake, entry and administrative processes.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is organised, approachable and comfortable balancing people, processes and competing priorities.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Relevant office administration qualifications or equivalent experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, respectful and confident communication skills
- The ability to provide accurate information and assistance in a courteous and timely way
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Initiative and sound judgement
- The ability to work autonomously while being an active part of a team
- Flexibility and confidence working in a changing service environment.
Experience in a not-for-profit environment and knowledge of mental health services and agencies would be an advantage.
Most importantly, you’ll bring a positive, respectful approach to working alongside people experiencing mental distress and a commitment to living Richmind WA’s values in your everyday work.
This role is part-time, working Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm.
