- Responsible for the successful delivery of commercial fit out projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Manage projects ranging from $500k to $10m, including programme, budget, and overall project delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- $150k-$180k + Super

An established commercial fit out builder is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Sydney team.
The business delivers high-end commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects ranging from $500k to $10m, with a strong pipeline of upcoming work and an excellent base of repeat clients.
This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager looking for long-term stability and genuine career progression within an established and experienced team.
The Role You will be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion, including:
- Managing projects ranging from $500k–$10m
- Programme, budget and overall project delivery
- Client and consultant management
- Procurement and subcontractor management
- Managing and supporting site teams
- Financial management, forecasting and reporting
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
About You To be considered, you will ideally have:
- Experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction or fit out
- Experience delivering commercial office fit out/refurbishment projects
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- A proven track record of delivering projects successfully
