Are you an experienced Physiotherapist looking for your next opportunity in regional Victoria?
We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join a welcoming public hospital approximately two hours from Melbourne for a 12-14 week fixed-term contract commencing in October.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain further experience within a regional public health setting, enjoy the benefits of a salaried contract and explore regional Victoria while remaining within easy reach of Melbourne.
The Role
Working within a multidisciplinary public hospital team, your caseload will include:
- Acute inpatients across medical, emergency department (ED) and respiratory presentations; and/or
- Outpatient musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy.
- Providing assessments, treatment and ongoing rehabilitation.
- Working relatively independently while collaborating with the broader healthcare team.
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant clinical experience.
- Experience in acute inpatient and/or outpatient MSK settings.
- Confidence managing your own caseload and working relatively autonomously.
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
What’s on Offer?
- Salary: Approximately $90,000-$105,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience.
- Contract: 12-14 weeks, commencing October.
- Annual leave and sick leave entitlements in accordance with the fixed-term employment arrangement.
- Accommodation available.
- Regional Victorian location, approximately 2 hours from Melbourne.
- Opportunity to further develop your clinical experience within a public hospital setting.
